Fenbendazole and Ivermectin: Three Cancer Case Studies and Remissions — Plus Commentary on Dr. William Makis

CORRECTION: I stated dosages per kg body weight instead of daily dosage! This was a spill over mistake from ivermectin video that I filmed right prior to this!!!

Could a cheap dog dewormer really help fight cancer? A new case series published in Cancers highlights three patients with advanced cancer who all achieved remission or near-complete remission after self-administering fenbendazole (FBZ). In this video, I explore what happened, how it might work, and why clinical trials are urgently needed.

🔹 Background
*Fenbendazole (FBZ): veterinary antiparasitic drug, now investigated for anticancer potential.
*Case series: 3 patients with advanced cancers → remission without chemo.
*Raises hope, but also concerns around self-medication.

🔹 Patient Cases
*Stage IV Breast Cancer (83 y/o woman): hospice care → FBZ 222 mg/day + vitamins → tumors vanished, disease-free 3 years.
*Stage IV Prostate Cancer (75 y/o man): FBZ 222–444 mg/day + supplements → major regression, 26 months sustained remission.
*Stage IIIC Melanoma (63 y/o man, BRAFV600 mutation): FBZ + supplements, short nivolumab course → no evidence of disease, 11+ months recurrence-free.

🔹 Caveats
*Anecdotal cases only — no controlled trials.
*Patients also received supplements, radiation, or immunotherapy.
*Possible confounders or spontaneous remission.
*Concerns: rising trend of unsupervised self-medication.

🔹 Conclusion
*FBZ shows intriguing potential and warrants urgent clinical trials.
*Until then: promising stories, but far from proof.
